Hello,
To resolve the app crashing or log in issues, please follow these steps:
(1) Right Click on the MyNISSAN app icon
(2) Select “App Info”
(3) Under “App Info” menu, select “Storage”
(4) Under “Storage”, click “Clear Cache” and “Clear Data” buttons at the bottom
(5) Close the MyNISSAN app and log back in. The app should not crash any longer
