Leider kann man weder die App, noch die Website nutzen. Der Support ist weder per Telefon, noch per Chat zu erreichen. Wenn man ein Konto erstellt, wird man zur Verifizierung aufgefordert. Dies lässt sich aber nicht abschließen, da man in der App die Mitteilung bekommt man befindet sich in der Warteschlange und wird benachrichtigt, man wird nach einem Klick auf "verstanden" dann ausgeloggt und es passiert nix mehr (Tagelang). Auf der Website ist die Verifizierung auch nicht möglich.

Funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Hatte ein Konto, dieses wurde gesperrt, weil ich es zu lange nicht aktiv genutzt habe. Bedeutet, wenn man langfristig in Krypto investiert und einen Zeitraum nicht online ist kommt man nicht mehr an sein Geld! Wollte mir ein neues machen und das funktioniert natürlich auch nicht. Wenn die Probleme behoben werden kann ich mich ggf. überzeugen lassen, dass es doch besser als 1 Stern ist. Danke

Ich bin langjähriger Kunde und war auch zufrieden und hab die App auch weiterempfohlen. Aber hohe Gebühren für eine Sofortüberweisung zu verlangen, die über 24 Stunden gedauert hat, ohne Hinweis, dass es bis zu 8 Tage dauern kann, wie in den AGBs zu lesen ist für mich irreführend. Meine normale Überweisung ohne Gebühren wäre schneller gewesen. Support habe ich schon kontaktiert, aber hat nur auf AGBs verwiesen.
