When having a box delivered at a box which opens with a code, I cannot register on the app by email or phone, as it shows already registered phone and email, when trying to register another email or phone, it's the same. I have to call customer service to have them pick it up and deliver it elsewhere. Which takes one extra day if not two and since this on the weekend, I have to wait more days. This is the second time it happens. Please fix your app.
