I was double charged two days ago and have had to reach out to support multiple times. They haven't been listening as this isn't a pre auth issue. I was charged the pre auth and for two rides at the same time. This overdrafted my account and has now cost me $50 to ride a scooter 1.2 miles in no traffic (the ride total should have been under $8) After being told I was incorrect multiple times, someone looked deeper and found the issue and issues about $10 in ride credits. I need a refund.

Awful experience with this app. If it does bug and close out, you get overcharged for a ride. Went on less than a 2 mile ride and tried to end it. Was in a designated parking area and it wouldn't let me end it. It overcharged me and went on for more than an hour resulting in my funds draining and me having a panic attack. Called the number, couldn't get anyone on the phone to talk to. Ended up having to turn off my bank card. Do not recommend.

The App works - it's easy to use and understand what it's doing. My primary gripe is in pricing, which I expect has variance from city to city. In indianapolis IN, at least, fare usually comes up to at least 5x what seems reasonable to me. Day passes for the city bus system are $4, but riding a Bird a few blocks and back can easily come to $10. If you're wealthy, I expect this app is 5 stars.
