Much like everyone else. Bought a ZDX, want to use remote features, have issues every time. Setup is atrocious, connectivity is garbage, functionality is low even if you get connected which only works maybe 20% of the time. IF you do connect to your car, all commands require a passcode, the command sends, the command fails. Repeat. Overall, terrible. Espeycoming from Tesla app experience.

The Acura EV app offers a decent user experience once the initial hurdles are overcome. While the app provides a robust set of features allowing users to remotely control their vehicle, the setup process can be frustrating. Initial login and vehicle connection proved to be a major challenge that required Acura Tech support to resolve. Edit: this app is absolutely worthless. It takes 5 minutes to load EVERYTIME you open the app, if it opens at all and doesn't make you reset the password!

This is one of my worst apps installed. It takes over a minute to connect to the vehicle. Then, when it does and you hit unlock, you need a pass code. You enter the pass code, and nothing happens, so you do it again, and it might work. Acura customer service is the worst taking weeks to get back to you. The concierge service is useless to help with issues other than to create a ticket that takes 2 weeks. Now, 3 months later, I still don't have access to evgo credits.
