Terrible app. To search for provider, drop down of zip text is too small, constantly fat finger a different one. Nix the list, I can type 5 digits. Specialty drop down text also too small. Search times out with cryptic message, then the provider drop down preselects all top level specialties, can't unselected. Can't unselect multiple specialties either. Must force shutdown app. No way to filter distance. FWIW customer service is top notch.

it is nice that Aetna Better Health roboresponds that they are working on it, but it's the end of May and I look back at reviews and reviewers clear back to NOV 2018 are commenting the exact same thing that I am having problems with SIX MONTHS later! it crashes immediately upon trying to.open the app. I have to reinstall it after uninstalling it in order to use the app. Also, I have noticed finding providers is difficult, and after going thru all of the steps, No Providers Found. FRUSTRATING!

Doesn't help me do anything. Clicking back on screen logs me out! Really? Was expecting a menu or something. Should allow everyone to use regular Aetna app! It's way more superior. Features like choosing pharmacy, finding providers & more. (until I was booted out of app) This app is more useless than web page (fairly certain this is a webview app)! Let's hope beta is better on on par!
