Why am I looking at a line in the store but when l try to place an order online it says " location closed"?

well after waiting almost 2 hours we get our cheese potato dog a horchata milk drink maybe spelling that wrong strawberry boba an oreo cheescake, chocolate donut and strawberry funnel cake, cheese sauce n garlic ranch. Now you will need like 20 dollars per person so to me for mediocre at best its not worth it. the Garlic ranch is the only star at this place but as i said the oreo donut was good too I wish thats all i got. I went to Golden Corral rite after if that tell u anything.
