There can't be an app that lags more than this one. It stays in an infinite loop when it tries to access location but needs the permission, so while waiting for android to ask for permissions, it says loading indefinitely. It logs you out immediately after going from one app to another on the phone. It also throws errors constantly with error message "myCigna is Unavailable Oops..my Cigna is currently unavailable. We are working to correct the issue. Please try again later."

I really don't like using this app. It frequently loses my biometric login forcing me to reauthenticate. That wouldn't be so bad except the app blocks passkey capabilities to security automatically fill in credentials. So I then have to insecurely go to my passkey app and copy the password to the clipboard to paste it in! Typing it in is not an option because it's a long complex random character mess. It's also very cumbersome to use. I can't do anything but basic tasks like balance checking.

I use the biometric login option so I don't need to enter my complex password. Today the app said it occasionally requires users to enter their password. I did so, only for the session to timeout during the code verification process. Signed in again, only to find out it disabled the biometric login. Turning that back on requires you to manually sign in again! So, yes, I had to enter my password three times to turn a feature back on that was never turned off. Abysmal.
