I'm not sure what happened but I haven't been able to log into the app for at least a week now. I cleared the cache, cleared the data, uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, changed the password etc. Regardless of what I have tried I continue to get a login error and I have to go to the website in order to log in.

Edit: After posting this, I was able to access the app for the first time. When it works, it is easy to use. Downloaded in early January, have not been able to login once since then. Sucks because I want to deposit checks directly to my citizens access account, but you can't without the app or mailing them in. Account works fine online, the app is completly useless as is though.

Wow! I was going to try Citizens Access for their high yield savings account, but I have to say I don't think I've ever seen a banking app rated so poorly!!! I also had issues not being able to fund my account as well. Honestly, after reading all the negative reviews on this app, feel it's in my best interest to choose another online banking institution and close this account.
