App keeps freezing on all of my devices! This has been an issue since November 17th , I assume that's when the last app update occurred. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on all devices, with no resolution. I submitted a ticket with cricut support (with pictures/video) and they want me to call them even though it's an issue with this app! I have android devices if that helps to get this resolved. I have several projects I need to make and cannot since my app keeps "not responding"

Constant irritating upselling. After paying $300, I don't think it's too much to ask for an app that just works with my device without trying to upsell every feature and graphic. There should be a separate ad free version or something where if I say no ONCE it actually remembers and doesn't bother me again. Even HIDE the features that might potentially be paid. If you really wanted to constantly advertise for me the printer should have been FREE! ONE STAR!!!

I can't create anything anymore. The constant updates are irritating and every time it updates...which seems like every other day, I have issues. My saved projects are wonky now and it won't save anything!! I do a LOT of crafts and using my Cricut used to be enjoyable. I've been trying for over a week to create stickers for Christmas gifts and the app just spins. Please, PLEASE make it easy and fun again and STOP all the irrelevant updates.
