It's just another "give us money to pick the fun choices" game. I appreciate that time and effort went into making this, the art is beautiful and the story is interesting but being forced to spend money to get a special currency to pick a fun dialogue option sucks. I'd just rather pay an amount for the game and be able to pick whatever dialogue I want, but I'm sure they make more money through these micro transactions. I hoped this one would be different from the rest of the games like it.

The having to buy hearts is kind of a bummer--its pretty expensive and they seem like they'd be used quickly. I would much rather pay a subscription fee or something for different options. I think like if we could pay a subscription to get a certain number of hearts a week or a month would be pretty cool.

Frustrated at just how expensive the hearts are, as are many others. Nothing against the story authors though. I, like many others, just can't afford to spend $20 PER route in each story just to access the 'better' choices. I saw the review response from the dev comparing it to 'splurging' on extra toppings on a pizza for those who could afford it, and it came off super classist and rude. Which is something I don't feel comfortable with supporting.
