One star rating is over rated! I had the security cameras for 6 mo., often can't connect to wifi, when call in, average 8 to10 calls min. each rep. will tell u a different way to reset, and could NEVER get the issues fixed, their app can't do sh*&.This is not a US based company, no English rep., all the Chinese reps. don't speak English, poor quality products, technical support is worse!! tried to cancel service cause the camera not working, there $350 termination fee! DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE!

Supper slow and shut down often when open this app. Always can't connect to wifi. Real time talking between you and the cam via this APP is totally a joke. Sometimes too slow to piss people off. Really bad user experience.

Good record quality, the cloud storage give me the access to check the historical record. It's convenient and useful during this pandemic.
