This app has been an absolute gamechanger for my PT. I've gone to PT at two other times in my life and always struggled to stay consistent. I love the reminders and accountability - I'm on day 27 of my streak and absolutely can feel improvements in my body. I'm so grateful my clinic uses this app! I had an issue with video playback when I switched to my new phone, but I requested help and MedBridge support helped me right away. (Deleting app data and re-entering my program code was all it took.)

Ill-conceived user experience with good exercise library. While the videos are good, and it sounds like it has most of the PT exercises needed, the user interface rushes the user through transitions and does not manage repeat sets well, with an irritating "take a rest" comment 2 seconds after which you're supposed to be ready for the next exercise.

Downloaded this app after my physical therapy evaluation as a tool to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly and to record what I could do. This is an all or nothing recording device. You can't record comments about pain level or partial / incomplete exercises - either you do all your sets or nothing. Felt like a failure and lost motivation to do my exercises. Reported issue to MedBridge who told me this was a provider issue. NO, IT IS A SOFTWARE ISSUE!!

We do support editing set and reps and reporting pain unless your provider or your provider's organization have disabled this setting for patients. Upon completion of the playlist or logging activity, there would be a screen that allows you to enter into the process of providing this information if it is not disabled by the provider's organization.
