I love the shoes (I have 3 pairs) but I couldn't get the app to work on my S24 Ultra. It would lock up or give me a "No internet connection, please try again" message when my internet is working fine, and I would close it/force close. Uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache/data, and it eventually hard locked my phone. I had to hold the power button down for about 15 seconds to get it to reboot.

I guess I'm a little sour, they just sent me a size 8 women's shoe. I'm a 14/ male. Mistakes happen, but the return was not pleasant. Went to Walgreens (your option), had the return set up, but I had to change the screen on my phone, and the code went away. After trying for 10 minutes to find it, we found another method. We had to use the Walgreens printer to get something off of the Oncloud app to send them back. That being said, I just placed an order for a pair that I hope is what I ordered.

Love the app, found everything I need but when Im about to checkout, my country is not in the list. And we are part of the United States of America. Can you add Puerto Rico to the list? It make no sense...
