I was about to go with another insurance company for low cost auto insurance but I went with General Flo. You can set up auto payments on the app or easily make one-time payments. Smooth user interface with fast response times, and it works on my potato phone. The main menu consists of nice blue buttons, instead of the usual wall of text. Your documentation is readily available with a few button presses from that main menu.

Despite my card being saved and set up for automatic payments, it never comes out. I've called about this and set up my card countless times. I've had Progressive for years but recently (last year) it's been an issue. I have no idea what the issue is an Noone seems to solve the issue

The app is ok, but if you do pretty much anything it redirects to the website, so it's mostly pointless. I would avoid the "Snapshot" garbage. It creates fictional events, and also they have no idea how merging on and off the highway safely works. Using Snapshot forces you to drive dangerously slow if you have a short on-ramp it's a complete scam designed to increase rates on safe drivers.
