Honestly this app was great in 2020 and the hospital itself is amazing, but since then the app has REALLY gone downhill. I have booked over 6+ video call appointments and the doctor NEVER shows up. It says the doctor is busy, reschedules it "sometime in the next 90 minutes," and then after 90 minutes the doctor never shows up and no reschedule notice is ever given again. Just goes silent. Very tired of it. Unless you're using the app to book an in-person appointment, don't bother.

The application is generally fine for most use, but I'm not able to view my appointment history because the OTP code is never sent nor received via SMS. It only worked once right after registration, and after a bit of fiddling with the login settings, I was able to get past the screen to book an appointment. Since then, however, I haven't gotten it to work again. I'm trying to view my appointment history to submit an insurance claim, but I'm unable to do so properly until this is fixed.

Bad experience. Ask to select the date and time for booking, in the end said the slot selected not available. Had tried several times still the same. Email to them yesterday, haven't get any reply back.....why can't they just let a live customer service to take this appointment calls if knowing that the apps can't take up the job. It's wasting our time downloading the app and in the end not user friendly.
