Worst user experience with app. There is no proper customer care. And when we order any product they do return the product automatically even with out calling customer. Tried searching for customer care but the options in that are very limited. Not at all user friendly. Being such a huge company, such a cheap service is not expected. First try upgrading your app and your delivery process.

Hey Realme! Why would you add something in the list that you can't deliver? It can't deliver anywhere no matter what pincode I use only “notify me” option remains And what's the point of notify me option?? it never notifies cuz that product never comes to stock or launch in the market I hope you won't advertise product that you can't deliver

The new update of Cat Valley is very bad. The rewards which I get after signing in for streak does not show in backpack. Also, after completing it's tasks when I tap "Grab Prize" the screen just loads for full 1 min and I didn't even get the prize. It still shows "Grab Prize" but even after clicking it so many times, I didn't get any result. I have restarted my phone and cleared the cache for the app, but still nothing worked. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible because it's a loss.
