The fees keep increasing, it just made me take a selfie to log in (no other bank has ever done that). The app navigation is a mess and the app just keeps getting more bloated. Maybe it's good for Europeans but there are much cheaper options for Americans to spend money while traveling. Also you can only close your account via the app which begs you to keep it open several times during the process.

This app use to be pretty good but it has gone down hill. It made me take a selfie to log in, its hard to navigate, and now that i have updated the app i can no longer transfer my money to external cards. They can't even tell me why that option isn't available and said it MIGHT be because the app doesn't work in specific countries. I'm in the United States but isn't that the point of the app? Its been frustrating to deal with this app for a while. The old system was much better.

App is forcing me to review half dozen docs and cant close them properly. I've tried a dozen times to get past it and have not succeeded. That's after an email which threatens restrictions if I dont do what I'm trying to do. It feels like I'm being scammed. Then it got worse! I cleared cache and data and on my 1st pin error, it told me too many fails and entered timeout.
