11/18 update: new bugs+issues every month/update. Now it doesn't recognize my PAID subscription so cams won't record anything. I'm finally cancelling. FED UP!! Update:8/1 same issues that started after last update & now camera won't load, neither do any of the recorded events. Only way to check is via the Roku TV app. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Since last update, notifications stopped working. I've had this setup over a year, it's not user error. uninstalled, reinstalled, redid all my settings.

I have sent an email to customer service with no response. Once a week or more I'm being automatically signed out of the app. I have to uninstall and reinstall. Why? I don't know but I'm thinking of ditching my monthly subscription with the Roku smart home app. It's concerning because my home's security is not being monitored. Until I notice I've been signed out. Please fix this issue!

The app has worked fine for me for over a year. Unfortunately, that's about how long it took for someone to start hacking into my roku camera. It's not a safe option and by extension, I now worry about my remaining roku products, which are many. Looks like time to move on... I recommend steering clear or monitoring as best as you can with their products.
