Edit: The login does some weird things. I'll use my fingerprint and it starts logging in, says there was an error, so I should try later, and then immediately logs me in 🤷♂️ Not awful, but could be better. I think the app now being titled "my energy center" is a little deceiving. Still just SDGE of course. The price breakdown window is nice. But that function was already present in the old app.

Installed and uninstalled 3 times. Everytime the words on the screen overlap. So much for the fixes. Someone tried to say it is user error in the reviews but numerous people are having the same issues & the company reply is standard automation. The problem is with the app not the user. Btw can't wait for the same reply received by the other dissatisfied customers. 👎👎👎👎👎

Can't access app to pay bill. Asking for verification from an old number from over 10 years ago that I don't have anymore. Why not have the option to verify through email? All branches are closed due to covid and there is an hour wait on the phone. How are we supposed to pay our bill?.....update....I contacted the email given and they quickly responded and updated my information so I was able to access the app. Anyone having the same problem, I recommend emailing them and they quickly fix
