VicoHome: Security Camera App

11/20/24: It appears that recent updates have restricted the range that you can use the pan feature. I had the camera centered and could pan 90 degrees to the left or right. I haven't made any changes. Camera is still centered, but I can no longer pan to the left. I get a message that says, "Limit Reached". The VicoHome app now officially qualifies as a POS. Spend a few more bucks and get a real security camera because this one isn't it.

This is sssooo fun! I'm watching birds snacking on the one camera that is built into the birdfeeder apart of this app; and on another camera, that is sync'd to this same app, I can check out the raccoons that cruised by the crow's feeding platform from the night before or I can switch to "live" & see what's going on in my yard around me. This app is easy - even this olde broad can work it, not as good with new fangled gadgets anymore but this one makes it a breeze to work.

3 year subscription here. I've had some issues here and there but customer service always reaches out promptly to resolve those issues. From inside the app, you can send video and screenshots directly to their customer service, where they resolve and send updates to your cameras. Easy, when you receive the alert for the update, tap on it. All in all the cameras are very useful. The app and cameras are in HD quality and have options to download to your device. Many options and customizable.
