The app has problems. On the "my skills" > "edit skills" screen something obvious is having your price centered. One of the last versions had this offset. You can figure it out, but why isn't this app finished? Now in this version, the same screen, the cost you set for your services is gone. How do I even adjust it. I updated and it's still broken. Yes restarted already. BTW this app is like all the other contractor apps, a wage race to the bottom. The password reset function is broken.

App having login issues (+desktop site), had to change my password and after it was approved, I signed into the app, and I didn't get in, even after un- and re-installing and restarting my phone for any troubleshooting errors. And turns out it's definitely has been quite the problem for a while based on some of the other users posting their experiences about this issue as well, so I would strongly be against using this until they find a way to fix this. Disappointing!

Taskrabbit has never worked for me. I've tried signing up but everytime I try to sign in, I receive "incorrect email/password". Even when I choose to reset my password and immediately try to log in it is always the same: "incorrect email/ password". Even almost 2 years later. And there isn't a way to contact support. I even attempted to update the app, but it never needs updating on Google Play. It's impossible.

When a client cancels a task, you’ll now see a banner in the “Task details” panel that lets you know whether the task is eligible for a cancellation fee.
