I've been using another shopping list app for years, until they did an update which caused the app to frequently freeze. I was hesitant to try anything different, thinking it might be too complicated or not as useful. I've really been happy with Shopping List Pro, as it's very easy and convenient to use.

unable to send question in app, so: is it possible to see a running total as you cross items off so you can keep track while you shop to prevent embarassment at the register when you find out you don't have enough money? *update* FABULOUS!! the "Google" app did the trick! contrary to what the error says, there is no "google voice search", per se....it's simply "Google". *initial issue* ~ when i try to use the mic, it tells me to install "Google Voice Search" app, but i can't find that app.

For the time being the cost overview (tap the name of the list at the top of the screen and select Cost overview) only covers the cost of ALL the articles on the list. No breakdown for active/ crossed off items available. We will try and work on this for the upcoming updates.

I love love this app! I have been using it for several years and would be lost without it. One of the latest updates added the feature of adding categorys to the items in "My Items" , so helpful because now I can just go thru "My Items" list, click what I need at the store and it goes right into the category I need it to be in, no longer have to drag it there. Also can add the price, helpful if you want to compare prices at diff stores. Can also add the quantity, so now I know how much to buy.
