I had an app like this before years ago. It wasn't as complex as this app, but it does train the pelvic muscles differently than the last one. However, if some of the reports are true, you can only perform 2 sets per day, that would hinder your progress a bit. On average, in order to see results, you need to perform at least 3 sets over a month to benefit from it. If there was another update that would allow you 3 sets, even on the ad tier level, that would benefit the app greatly.

App looks really nice, the workouts are engaging and well thought out. Including combinations of normals Kegels and reverse Kegels which is very important. The app works very well, no lag, no ads. The only thing that bothers me is that it seems like one can only do 2 workouts per day ?? It should allow for at least 5 !! Make that change please !

App itself, design wise, is very clean and easy to navigate through but as another reviewer has already mentioned - why are we only allowed to do 2 workouts per day before getting locked out of the app? I've paid for the app too assuming it would remove the limit but it didn't. Please remove the limit as for some people 2 workouts per day is not enough. I'll adjust my rating to 5 stars once something is done about this particular matter.
