Went there on a Thursday. Took a ticket at 0940hrs. Sat in the waiting area until 1015hrs. Had to leave for work so I casually got up, put the ticket on the receptionist's table, and simply walked out. The place wasn't crowded at all. It was just me and another customer which they served. Then one more came in and got served also. I just needed to finalize the opening of a new account after I successfully applied online. Guess this was a sign not to do so. Thanks for nothing, Alrajhi Bank.
