Whoever is responsible for this app is someone or some people who are far from the digital world and have no clue what a digital app should be. I don't want to put less emphasis on the terrible customer experience in the app that denotes also another below mediocre team who is responsible for such a useless brainless app with zero understanding of customer journeys.

Terrible app. I spent 20 minutes uploading information to make an appointment but was prompted to call them at the end because my 4 year old is registered on my wife's number despite him showing on the app on my phone.

For such a big and famous hospital, this app is a shame. Every time I open it, I'm logged out. There is no way to save my login, fingerprint authentication... in my dreams. Family management is bad... The hospital and doctors are good, but their app....
