We present to you some of the characteristics of the Religion of Truth series: - A series in thirteen parts distributed over the various stages of school education, from kindergarten to the primary, middle, and secondary grades.
- Design five templates for parts of this series, so that each age stage has the appropriate method and appropriate means of evaluation to address it.
- Focus on good and diverse artistic direction, accuracy in preparing and implementing high-quality drawings, and selecting distinctive photographs.
- Taking into account the different psychological, mental, physical, emotional and social characteristics of boys and girls from the age of four to seventeen.
- Vertical integration of lesson topics between the various parts of the series so that repetition of titles is absent, and topics are built in an appropriate progression.
- Horizontal integration between the Islamic Education book course and other subjects as much as possible with books on the Arabic language, history, national education, sociology, and natural sciences, especially in secondary school courses. (For example: the scientific miracle in human creation, Islamic financial transactions, traffic accidents..)
- Abolishing the lessons of the Holy Qur’an from the curriculum, and emphasizing the necessity of singling out the memorization of Qur’anic surahs in a special curriculum, which includes interpretation and rules of intonation, and just mentioning the Qur’anic evidence with the lessons where martyrdom is required, and specifying some Qur’anic passages for memorization at the end of a number of lessons.
- Working to instill love for the pure family of the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of God be upon him, his pure wives, and his good companions in the souls of children and children.
- Giving the topic of women clear attention, by allocating a space for them that they deserve in dialogue characters, biographies, and topics related to them in all parts.
- Trying to keep up with the developments of the times by presenting modern topics that affect boys and young people (such as: the Internet, the effects of moral deviations...)
- Connecting the student to his reality. For example, the biographies section is not limited to previous companions or imams of jurisprudence, but rather includes the names of contemporary figures such as Dr. Zaghloul Al-Najjar, the pioneer of the hadiths about the scientific miracle in the Holy Qur’an in this era, because of his good influence on young people.
- Choose the size and weight of the book so that it is not burdensome for the student to carry at a time when complaints about the excessive weight of the school bag are high.
- Diversifying the activities attached to the lessons and evaluation methods, so that they suit the student’s age and match his style of thinking.
- Reasoning using the language of numbers and documented statistics when necessary, through global websites, such as: the World Health Organization.
