Couldn't add my cashless wristband in the Android app, "Something wrong happened". However it worked in the iOS app... Forced to use the Weez website to top up but couldn't see the balance that way. Also the Android app is a terrible battery drain. Better have a connected powerbank if you allow always-on location permission. At that point better having no app than this.

schedule is not good so hard to use and impossible to view all the artists and their set times over the day, the schedule it awful to look at. i know someone worked hard on this, so i do apologise, but im not looking forward to trying to navigate the app when the festival comes. i know for certain i'm going to miss an artist i love as it's so hard to use.

2023 edition is very poor. Timetable hard to use. Map very slow and clunky. And for some reason my wristband won't stay connected no matter how many times I connect it. Would expect more from such an expensive venue.
