Share your Chipolo with your loved ones through the Chipolo app and they can help you search for your misplaced keys with their phone too.
Use the Chipolo widget on your phone’s home screen. You don’t even need to open the Chipolo app to find your misplaced belongings.
Use the Chipolo as a wireless selfie button and take the perfect group selfie. No more awkward angles in your pics, the Chipolo can take a photo for as long as it’s connected to your phone.
Use voice commands to find your Chipolo. Chipolo is officially supported by Google Assistant and you can also ring it with Amazon Alexa and Siri.

Perfect. The "left-behind" feature is the killer app. These have more than paid for themselves in terms of time saved. My advice (maybe unsolicited) is to keep this option available exactly as it is. Not saying "if it ain't broke don't fix it." I'm saying what you have here is special, set it and forget it, life-improving experience. If you need to innovate, create a new SKU with e-ink display to show contact info or a QR code. Anything that strictly adds and doesn't alter the core product loop.

Thank you for your kind words. "Set it and forget it" is exactly what we were trying to achieve with the Out of Range Alerts! We know that there is always room for improvement, but seeing happy customers is always a great motivation to keep moving forward.

I've liked it so far but the biggest problem I have had is making sure the card charges. Sometimes I'll leave it in powerful light for like 6 hours but tells me it's still low on battery? others I know that have one have this problem aswell. Is there like a certain type of light that it works better in? I've tryed daylight/grow lights but not much changed should I just get a replacement? (Edit:Thank you! I fixed it, I believe that the battery was so weak that it took awhile longer to charge up.)

Sorry, we only provide the software for Ekster Tracker Card. In our testing charging worked best in direct sunlight, but if you have already tried that, we do suggest reaching out to Ekster for a replacement unit. You can get in touch at [email protected].

Battery settings aren't working quite right anymore. S22 Ultra (fully updated and rebooted daily) tells me Battery saver is stopping Chipolo from fully functioning. I checked the saver settings, it isn't listed there at all. So I checked the app Battery settings and Chipollo is set to Unrestricted. So settings, updates, and reboots are accounted for but still no solution.
