Bad experience. I have tried to log in through browser of the PC and the browser from Android and I can not log in properly, then in the application needs a verification code to my phone and writing again the password and the authentication code, this made me waste 30 minutes just trying to log in the app, but now the system blocks my access and now I have to wait 23 hours until the system unlocks the access, this is a lot of more time wasted.

Great instruments, great features, best spreads for trading but worst customer care support. You will have to wait in queue position for 1hr and after all that CHAT ENDED will pop up on your screen.And address verification is done by one of the worst possible way. Account deletion isn't possible here.If you create an account with an email just details filled even if not verified, you won't be able to create an account with the same name even after deleting the previous account. But trade =10/10

This app has a nice UI that is easy to navigate but the customer support is extremely slow and withdrawing can be very difficult. For trading and everything else, this is a good app but there are way better alternatives.
