Everything is great but the website needs work in that it needs to have a much better sizing chart as the current one is way to vague and doesn't list the sizes clear enough for an individual to choose all three critical size measurements, the Bust, the Waist, and finally the Hips! All three of those that I listed are not broken down in a detailed measurement chart for 'all' countries listed. There needs to be a sizing chart that lists the varied dimensions for, Bust / Waste / Hips etc.

The app needs work. They don't list the measurements for any of the sizes except for 'small', so you have to guess what size you would wear based on that. One of their coupon codes wasn't working for me, despite meeting the requirements for it. The app also doesn't list any type of FAQ or contact information; you have to look that up in order to contact them. I have bought a few items from this brand before, and the quality can be hit or miss, so proceed with caution when ordering.

Beware of Micas: A Disappointing Online Shopping Experience I had a very negative experience with Micas and would strongly advise against ordering from them. The clothes I received were of poor quality and felt cheap, not at all like what was advertised on their website. The customer service was also abysmal. I attempted to get a refund multiple times, but my efforts were in vain as the company was unresponsive and unhelpful.
