They have perks with some partners. The trick is the customer needs to pay with a Youtrip card. However, there is a bug that prevents me from registering the card with the partner's payment portal. I contacted Youtrip and I was given a solution. I followeed the steps but the same problem persists. I contacted Youtrip several times but I think they ghosted me. The customer service by the name of Sylvia. I think its a bot.

Slick marketing but terrible service. Claims will send you the physical card within 7 days but took > 2 weeks and when I contacted customer service they clearly didn't even bother to check the date and gave a templated answer of "5 to 7 days" which was 1 week in the past. On top of that the app keeps showing a startup prompt trying to scare you to "upgrade" your credit limit and refuses to take the MAS suggested default of $1000 for an answer, not to mention keeps popping up ads

Why is there to keep prompting the user to change the transaction limit each time u open the app? It is very irritating!!!! Comment to yr reply: If I were to open yr app 10 times in a day, is there a need to keep prompting users to change the limit for 10 times? At least configure the apps to allow the user to choose not to prompt again.

The prompt to increase the limit, is for users who would like to make online transactions above S$1,000. Hope this clarifies!
