Does not work on mobile device. What is the point of having the app when it just sends you to an internet browser when you choose the login with username and password option (the only option it gives you). Always get a "something isn't quite right" error message after putting in login credentials. When accessing directly from the internet instead, it sends you right back to the app which in turn sends you back to internet with same error message. Uninstalling, reinstalling doesn't fix it.

It's useless! I wouldn't even give it 1 star. It keeps crashing. Saying network error. I can't even use the website on my phone cause it curves me to use the app. Who the heck has their computer wifi ready with them everywhere they go to be able to check/run payroll? The business is on the go. We're not sitting in an office all day in front of a computer. So after a long day of working on the field, I have to go back home at night to log in from my computer to do whatever I had to do!

I have been with adp for many years and recently they did an update and I now cannot log on to the run powered by adp mobil app.I spoke with client services n they had me reinstall app, change password and nothing works. I installed app on a different device and it works but not on my device. Adp said they would call me back , 2 days later and no call back
