I was great while it lasted! I was able to login and see my balances for my HSA and dependent care, but then I started getting errors that I didn't have an internet connection. Not true, cleared cache same thing, uninstall reinstalled, then got message my login or password is incorrect. Verified I was entering things correctly. Called support, what are you calling about.. we didn't understand, jump through this hoop, jump through more, 10 things later finally get to rep... SORRY WE'RE CLOSED! :(

Why can't i upload a pdf? Also, when I try to browse to a document to upload something, I get stuck in that app. For instance, I chose Amazon drive for the first document, but then i could not pick a different location like local storage. Once I selected Amazon I was stuck with always browsing their cloud and couldn't go anywhere else.

EDITED: Once set-up errors were fixed, the app functions as it should. It's really nice to file requests for reimbursement without any paperwork. My only request now is to add a biometric log-in option. Trying set up my account and keep getting "unable to connect to internet" message. The internet is working for all my other apps on the same device. Really need the basic functionality of this app to work. Very frustrated!
