It's one of my favorite strategy games. It's a slower paced game than most, but that allows for time for real-world things in-between play sessions. Love the butloads of strategy that is crammed into this mobile game. Multiple different playstyles that can be used. Yes, there are micro transactions implemented into the game, but they do not block content and is still fun and playable even if you don't spend a dime. Overall, it is a wonderful game.

There is a stat called global popularity. This starts around 80% to start. Declaring war on one territory brings it down to 40 or 50. It is supposed to determine how AI interacts. However, after attacking 1 AI country, I went to 44. This should deter attacks but it does not. Every adjourning country declared war. After killing them and still at 44, each adjacent country still delared war. Don't trust anything the AI. Fun game until AI determines a win on AI play.

Not much for RPG Strategy games however I've been hypnotized by this game the last couple years. Way better than other franchise of similar play. Have experienced a lot of lag at times like 5 seconds delay when selecting a weapon unit until the options to put it into action comes up. It was not my device however I really enjoy IO 1919!!

In this update we updated the task guidance. It no longer closes related panels when a task is completed. On the combat front, we addressed an issue where armies could halt their attack ticks in the midst of melee combat, leading to unfair advantages. Check our news for more.
