Decent enough experience, I don't use this app super often in my phone. When I do, I use it to download shows for offline use, and there is definitely something wrong with downloading on the app. I can have 5g UWB connection with speed tests of 100+Mbps download, and yet my download speed on Disney Plus seems like it is in the kbps speed range. I have checked all my settings and still have horribly slow download speeds. Please look into this!

Sorry for the trouble, Ross. How many devices are being affected? If you haven't already, try reinstalling the app and restarting the phone. I love disney, but I hate when the app buffers every 30 seconds, especially since there are ads in between. Also, when continuing episodes, they restart, and when skipping to the next episode in a series; it just replays same episode. (Cleared chache, uninstall, reinstall, and updated still no fix.) [Are you kidding me?? "Check your internet connection. This is what is always said yet I'm using a cell phone/ unlimited data/at&t/ full reception/ no other apps lag/repeat/ glitch; it is only Disney

App is garbage. 90% of the time when I try to watch any of the content that I pay money for halfway through the first ad it just stops and says something went wrong please try again. I have try again multiple times before the ads will actually play all the way through. So I have to watch 20 minutes of ads before I can even watch 10 minutes of content.
