So far so good. Some exercises are too challenging for my knees, like the planks + jumping or jumping into a squat. I would say the food program needs to have similar ingredients throughout the entire week, otherwise you are spending a lot on pershisable food. Additionally you can't modify what you actually ate in the program and you also can't backtrack workouts to say that you have done them, you have to complete them the day of, so there's not many user modifications.

Great for all exercises but bugs from time to time. There's been a few times where the app stopped playing the exercise. You have to stop and start again. Otherwise, you can quickly access meals and exercise programs. A calendar tracks when you exercise. There's plenty to read available from the app. Overall, good app 👌

I had issues with billing and couldn't use the app for a week, but they finally fixed it so I can get back on track. They did have prompt response from the customer service team, but fixing it took a while, which was frustrating. I do enjoy the workouts. They’re no fuss, she just gets right to it. The only thing I would add is more modifiers for beginners. I'm not one, but I have been before.
