This is your convenient tool to help simplify, add control and reach your vehicle’s full potential. Stay in touch and in command — whether you’re in your vehicle or out. Access helpful features like remote commands right on your home screen and even check the estimated fuel level or charge status of your electric vehicle.

Start by logging in with your Cadillac Account or OnStar username and password. Services are not available everywhere, and feature availability and functionality may vary by country. The myCadillac mobile app* is supported on Android 9 and above and is only available in North America, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Bahrain.

Remote Commands**
Your key fob is conveniently located on your home screen. You can lock and unlock your doors or warm up your car on a cold morning.

Vehicle Status*** / Schedule Service
Check your vehicle’s status to monitor fuel level, oil life, tire pressure and more, making it easy for you to stay on top of your vehicle’s health and schedule service with your participating Dealer without leaving the app.

This app has not been functioning properly for a long time. I keep trying to sign in , it sends me a security code, and then it says unable to connect. I've tried to update and couldn't, then I un-installed the app and reinstalled it, and the same thing happened again. I give up, I would like to control my settings from my phone. Disappointed 😞

Based on some experiments I have done the issues that I have with the application seem to be directed to inconsistent communications from my EV. Our Buick reports to the app within seconds, but our Caddy will either not update or will provide a error message stating please take your vehicle our of valet mode when it is not in valet mode. I hope GM sends updates to all of our vehicles to improve communication, especially when they want us to use it for charging and other things.

Lots of bugs. Profile unlock feature almost never works. Remote actions fail more than succeed. The cycle of this app is: reinstall it, it will appear to barely, slowly work for a day or so, remote start is always unreliable, updating is always unreliable, and after some days the app will lock up requiring reinstall. Support ticket with GM makes you jump through hoops but no resolution in 11 days.
