very disappointing! not shopping online for home center ever again. my order is lost and no one is being helpful or giving me the right answer. customer service is even promising to call back and never do. Other brands are better organized and more professional.

Hi sir, please let me know if you have any othet option in material like easy to use all over season I saw there are 6-7 types of bed sheet & blanket and more small accessories it's really good to see that shop provides us full information about product just need to know in easy way with that we Shop more things after understanding.... hope it's not sounding like demanding...stars about my knowledge. May 2024: Very bad service, i order many items and not reached. I tried to reach customr service no one responding to phone, facebook or email!!!. Whatsapp option is not working!!! Using the app u can't cancel ur order!!! So really how can i get my stuff or cancel the order??? Update on october : my items are supposed to be returned, however, i'm still waiting my refund money since June !!! It is really sad and disappointing to ask people to send email and then no one respond or take action.
