I installed the app just to check the remaining data balance on my prepaid card. Unfortunately, the app requires that I set up an account, and as part of that process it asks for my country. I happen to be traveling from the U.S. to Spain, and neither country shows up in the app's list of countries. So the app is completely useless to me.

16/10/24, I noticed app no longer works, shows some notification info, then locks & won't allow access? Have tried uninstall, reinstall several times, No change! Sent reports via emails, No change! I'm assuming problem is a result of update of 11/10/24? Can you please get what was a reasonable App to work again. I'm fed up with having to use the Web each time. Or can someone at least have the courtesy to come back to me?

I have never been more frustrated with an app, nor has an app ever brought me so close to tears. I only joined this network less than a month ago, I'm updating everything to my new Lebara number and when I try and use the app and log in, all I get is "network request failed". Then when it does work I get "incorrect password". Reset password "network request failed". Reset my password and try and log in "incorrect password". Makes me regret leaving giffgaff.
