Super easy to use and user-friendly, but it's unfortunate that so much with the insights and all that are locked behind a paywall, but it's still usable without it. I started strong with the tracking water and calories but it's easy to quickly lose motivation to keep up with that, but that's my own issue. The actual timer is great, and since starting about two months ago I'm already down over 10 pounds and that's with zero other lifestyle changes in diet or exercise. Definitely worthwhile!

It works and doesnt have super annoying ads like another app i tried. The biggest problem is the food journal. The food database is terrible and when i try to add my own foods, most of the time i put in all the info only for it to disapear when I press the check mark at the end. The notice that it was added shows up, but it's not there. There are also no widgets.

Can't change fast start time if I forget to set it or if my internet signal isn't strong enough for the app to "save" it. Also tonight I definitely set the start timer but I just looked at it and it was still on eating hours. That's the whole point of this app and it's frustrating not being able to change it.
