So far not a great experience. Instead of being able to sign up with my new card and access my information, I had to call customer service (twice mind you, thought I just needed to activate my card) and verify my information with them, confirm my email address through my email account, finally able to set up an account, then their rep tells me that I cannot access my account for 10 DAYS. I've never had this issue with any of my other banking apps. Get better.

This app always crashes . Always experiencing technical difficulties and is by far One of the worst experiences I have had on an app especially a financial one. I would think they're would be better support for it considering so but I've already been a member close to a year and still experience the same issues and it's always up to date. Do better.

1. The app would not allow me to set up auto pay. 2. Customer service gave me wrong information in order to successfully enable auto pay. 3. After an app update, I was able to set up "autopay", but then later was notified that I had a late payment even tho auto pay was successfully set up and "ON". 4. I tried making a payment but was told I can't until a weekday. Bread Financial has a lot of work to do in order to get their app usability to meet customers basic needs.
