I have had 2 of the same model of Vertuo machines. Both died the same way. Fast white blinking light and makes clicking noises when you put a pod in. The 1st was replaced under warranty, the 2nd just died today. Online troubshooting wasn't applicable to my machine and it doesn't show up in the list. Cust Service sent me to the app, but it constantly crashes. Says "service is not available at this time, try again later", and then the app closes. But nothing changes everytime I "try again later"

Newly installed, now it does not even start anymore. I like the coffee quality and think it is superior over almost all coffee maker. However, the software and the documentation has a lot of problems. The mNual that comes with my Vertuo is illegible - small print of corse paper with only subtle coloring doesn't do the job. The app is mostly for ordering coffee but not good for controlling or managing the machine.

The app works fine, but I think it's honestly scammy that they default to options that charge you more. Clearly don't care any their customer. For example, when you purchase more than $50 to get free shipping, the default option is still paid shipping. It just shows how they feel about their customers.
