Get started:

1. Subscribe to the Verizon One Talk service
2. Install the One Talk app. Enter your One Talk phone number. Request PIN
3. An email will be sent to the email associated with your number with an activation PIN. Enter your PIN and complete setup
4. Start using the One Talk App for calling, video and messaging.

I'm required to use this app for work and about 5% of phone calls don't have something weird occur. Most calls echo or are delayed; typically if I'm talking to another One Talk user, the first 5 seconds are silent and the call must be disconnected and start over. When my personal phone receives a call, it overrides the One Talk app and I'm unable to hear One Talk call until I decline incoming call. Works horribly while using WiFi. I hate this app.

Nice, but it needs to be more functional. Cannot send texts via phone app while on wifi or when phone is hardwired to the Internet (but can with the windows app on an actual computer). Can sometimes s receive texts on wifi via the phone, but not send (again w/ phone app). Miss a lot if data is not on/available.

Decent application but there are quite a few things that need work such as: There is no Bluetooth functionality for Bluetooth headsets which is a huge inconvenience. The other thing is that the application doesn't allow you to block unwanted or spam callers which is necessary nowadays and sometimes people call and you hear the phone ring but nothing shows on the screen which is an application bug error.
