the application give me this message"Sorry we are not able to capture the details from the National ID Please scan your National ID again and Make sure to remove any plastic cover and not using a copy of national ID." every time I try to validate my personal Id. also I make sure the national id looked good and match all the conditions

Very bad bank and very bad customer service I tried to contact any one from customer service and I can't contact with any body I made all the steps and the card wasn't arrived until now for 3 weeks ago Very Very Very bad experience

Very, very bad. I couldn't even sign in, and I was about to pass away from how frustrated I was. I'm very disappointed, and I thought this would be my new, happy, sunny way in life, but after installing it, I was met with utter disappointment and depression. I hope you fix your app and never give me ads again.
