For specifically the app, it makes logging into a different account hard. Dad has an at-home plan with a at-home phone wired for the house. So this makes it difficult. It used to be so easy to make the Verizon chat bot check for any software issues with the router and modem. It simply isn't now... I've had multiple issues with the FiOS internet over 4 years. It ain't fun and there's always some new issues with the app and experience.

11/25/24 Update: widget stopped working again. Just shows 0 for data usage. App works but the widgit is broke after the last update. Always shows 0 for data usage. App is glitchy but works. Update. Had to delete the widgit and remake it for the data to show. The app itself is still way to busy and runs really slow even on a new Ultra.

The absolute worst app EVER! At first I was able to use biometrics to log in. That stopped working. Then you get stuck in an infinite loop trying to log in or grant access to use the chat feature! The interface is the most confusing. You spend an hour trying to view your bill. I got the Fios internet it's great when it works. So I switch my cell service to them as well. Bad choice! But tech support is a joke! Verizon also has the worst customer service ever!

What's new

We've redesigned the More Page so it's easier to read, and have added descriptions of each item to help you clearly find the information you need.
