Giving you one star, so can catch your attention maybe, will happily give 5 stars once you respond to the suggestion. For enroute requests feature, you should make it more user friendly. The driver should have the option to select that how far a pick up location and a drop off location can be from his own starting point and his own destination, because that is the main purpose of enroute requests. Besides this, you should show the time that a driver will take to reach the pick up location.

Poor service for drivers fares is very much low for drivers, no support, no Helpline only customer friendly application, in yango pro it's totally blackmailing application for drivers from every side , no cancellation charges, no extra distance fare every time you skipped the ride your pro level going down bullish company, which have no headoffice in Pakistan not recommended

Very very bad app for drivers firstly fares prices are very low . Pickup location very far from drivers and paid pickup option is only a scam paid pickup only gives 10 to 20 rupees only .No cancellation fee given to drivers. there is no penalty for customers for cancelling ride. never seen that kind of pathic service from support they only have some computerized answers for every question don't have solutions for drivers
