Like other reviewers, I did not have a problem booking hotels using this app until this year. So far I have spent on average one hour on each booking. Everything is fine until I enter my Visa or Mastercard information. Then I get a message saying details are not correct. I have always used the same card, and it works for Marriott :) maybe that's a sign to keep my titanium status with Marriott instead of accruing with Accor. I suspect there may be an issue with the Authorize with Visa step.

Every time I book a hotel for work I add my business details and VAT number, I click "save" and they are never saved. Each time I need to put all the info in again :( considering I use the app a lot and 90% of the times it's for a business trip, it would be nice if my business profile was saved and I could set it as the default option.

Need to review to a 4 star. The newly updated app is quite stressful. The scroll experience between hotels is very stressful that I gave up after several tries. Before it was so easy to look at a hotel and come back to the list where you stopped. Also at times when scrolling the app will stop responding and go back to the start. That is annoying. Once I gave a 5* now it's a 4* cause the app is not as user friendly as it should be. 😞
