App has great potential and allows access to content on the go. Sometimes it seems there are issues retrieving certain videos and it does not seem to sync what I have completed fully (quizzes are still marked as not taken when I access the site via browser for example). Overall off to a good start but could use some fine tuning.

This low rating is for the app. I installed app so that I can play locally downloaded content on-the-go. However, even with local content, the app can't play the videos. The user is greeted with blank screen for more than 30 seconds at the start of app. And, still can't play the content. What is the use of buggy app, even though ACG content is good?

App is a hot mess, garbage. It crashes periodically, and that's the best thing. Be prepared to wait 10-30 seconds between videos because it doesn't cache or read for squat. It's just as bad when you download an entire course. It doesn't bother reading the saved data, or else keeps trying to sync to a failing address. I have to force quit and clear the app cache at least 40 times if I want to finish a larger course
