App is slow to connect to the car, often unresponsive, and UI is unintuitive. But worst of all, when remote starting, I'm locked out of the car, key fob doesn't work nor the app. With how much we are paying, this app needs to be overhauled. The experience is far below just using the keyfob.

Almost worthless. My Subaru had a better app than my 2024 RDX with 1900 miles on it. Not to mention the price difference in vehicles. So far it has worked once. And the app was a selling feature. Luckily I have a keyfob but doesn't help when I try to start at an airport from baggage claim.Takes forever to load if it does at all. A wheel of death watching the screen in hopes it will work.

I have a 2018 Acura txl (preowned), the app worked great from March 2023 to March of 2024. When my Subscription renewed the app stopped working. I have been on the phone and now through emails trying for them to fix it. I have paid $148.00 for the year and haven't been able to use it. If this problem doesn't get fixed soon and even if it does they owe me the months I haven't been able to use it. I don't have time to be worried about the app working.... it should work. Definitely not be renewing.
